Our accommodations are thoughtfully equipped to cater to families, couples, or groups of friends. While our Guest Rooms prioritize comfort and affordability, our expansive 1, 2, & 3-bedroom suites elevate your stay with premium fixtures, furnishings, and finishes. These include granite countertops, tile flooring, inviting fireplaces, generous decks complete with BBQ facilities, modern entertainment options, seamless internet access, and fully-equipped kitchens.

THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE RESERVING

  • As we are a multi-phase resort, room types will differ slightly in design, square footage, style and layout.
  • Views of golf course are not guaranteed. Other views will be of the Resort courtyard and surrounding mountains.
  • Guest Rooms do not offer views, balcony or patios.
  • Some Guest Rooms offer air conditioning but not all, please request this upon booking if you require A/C in your room.
  • We cannot guarantee room numbers or location until day of arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping is not provided.
  • Starter supply of coffee and tea is provided.

It’s nice to know what to expect when you go on vacation, right? So if you’re considering staying with us, but still have some questions, check the list below for answers to questions we regularly hear from guests.

How do you guarantee my reservation?

Guests must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card to make a reservation. The same credit card must be provided upon check-in.

Deposits – In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required with every booking at Bighorn Meadows Resort. Please ask our Guest Services Agents about the deposit required when making a reservation direct. If booking online, the deposit policy will be clearly listed beside each rate. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help. 

Online Travel Agents – Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate booked. Here is some information on each type of cancellation policy we offer at our Resort:

Flexible Rates – Reservations must be canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.

Non-Refundable Rates – Payment is required in full at time of booking. If you change or cancel your reservation, you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay.

Long Term Rate – The deposit is fully refundable up to 30-days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30-days will forfeit the first month's deposit.

Online Travel Agents – Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies

 

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

When can I check -in/check-out?

Check-in time is 4:00p.m. MST. If you’re going to check-in after hours, please call the resort in advance for check-in procedures.
Checkout time is 10:00a.m. MST. If you require a late checkout, please contact the Front Desk and we will do our best to accommodate you (late checkout fees are applicable)

What is the late checkout policy?

Late Checkout Policy:

  • All late checkout requests must be approved prior to checkout day.
  • At 12:01p.m. MST on checkout day, a late checkout fee equal to 50% of that day’s Best Available Rate plus applicable taxes will be charged.
  • At 2:01p.m. MST on checkout day, a late checkout fee equal to 100% of that day’s Best Available Rate plus applicable taxes will be charged.
Can I check-in early?

Early Check-ins can be requested through our Guest Services Team on the day of arrival only, via phone, email or through our contactless check-in app, Canary.

Please note, there is a $50+tax charge for Early Check-ins and all requests are not guaranteed as they are based on availability. This request will only be approved if we have a room available.

What about housekeeping?

Your suite is only cleaned upon departure. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Please ask our reservation agents for more information.

Are there playpens and high chairs to rent?

Yes, please let us know before you arrive if you would like to rent and a high chair or playpen, we have a limited number of these items on site. The rental fee is $15/night plus tax for each.

Do the units have air conditioning?

Not all of our Guest Room Suites (Studio Units) offer Air Conditioning but all 1, 2, & 3 bedroom suites do. If you require AC in a Guest Room Suite, please make sure you request this option when making a reservation.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the units or on the resort grounds, with the exception of certified companion or guide dogs. We recommend Rocky Mountain Pet Resort & Spa located in Edgewater, 250-347-9911, as a place for your dog or cat to lodge during your stay.

Guests who bring pets into unauthorized units will face a charge of $500 to deep clean the accommodation following their stay.

Can I smoke?

Tobacco smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and not inside the units or on the balconies or patios. A charge will be incurred if you are discovered smoking tobacco in one of the vacation rental suites.

Cannabis smoking is prohibited in ALL areas of the Resort property. A charge will be incurred if you are discovered smoking cannabis in one of the suites or ANYWHERE on the Resort.

Does the resort have a restaurant?

There is no restaurant directly on-site, but there is one within a 2-minute walk of the resort during the Golf Season and there are many other dining options just a short drive away.

Will we have internet access?

Yes! All of our accommodations have complimentary wireless internet access.

What are the additional person fees?

All pricing for suites is based on the below occupancies. If you have more guests in your suite than the occupancy listed below, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 (plus tax) per person per night.

  • Queen Guest Room & 1 Bedroom Suite – Based on double occupancy
  • 2 Bedroom Suite, 2 Bedroom Townhome & 1 Bedroom Loft Suite – Based on triple occupancy
  • 3 Bedroom Suite, 3 Bedroom Townhome & 2 Bedroom Loft Suite – Based on quad occupancy

Please note, children 17 & under are excluded from the additional person fee.

What happens if I damage the suite?

Each vacation rental suite at Bighorn Meadows Resort is a privately owned vacation home and we hope that you enjoy it as your own during your stay.  Please note that the renter will be liable for any items are missing or damaged during their stay and the replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on the reservation.
